As Managing Partner, Philippe Rigotti has been guiding complex change and transformation projects for well-known companies for more than 30 years. He ensures that strategic issues and structural changes are combined with the respective corporate culture in an optimized manner. Philippe Rigotti holds a master degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the Federal Institute of Technology Zurich. He interweaves methodical systematics with pragmatic implementation.
